A super healthy breakfast choice for a chill weekend in. This recipe is rich in protein and goes with any flavour of your choice. Spend some time with your loved ones, cooking and gobbling up these delicious and healthy pancakes!
Ingredients
- Rolled oats ground to a powder -1cup
- Draft Diet muesli - 1 cup ground to a powder
- Baking soda -1/2 tsp
- Sugar- 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence -1 tsp
- Milk-3/4 to 1 cup
- Vinegar -1/2 tsp
- Maple syrup -2 to 3 tsp
- Chocolate chips -1/2 cup (optional)
- Overripe bananas -1 mashed well with a fork
Process
- In a bowl add the ground oats, muesli, sugar, baking soda, vanilla essence, chocolate chips, mashed banana, milk and vinegar and mix well till of a smooth pouring consistency.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan, pour a ladle of the mixture to 1 inch thickness, add some Amul butter to it, and cook on both sides till golden brown.
- Garnish with slices of banana, fresh whipped cream and some muesli and serve immediately with maple syrup generously poured on top.
